Clinical Assessments
We do provide basic services to walk in clients but we also provide additional services on appointments
To understand your pathology and what limitation it presents to you, we both listen to what concerns you have, as well as perform a thorough assessment depending on the level of care required for your condition; specialist referrals are not required but are recommended for higher level assessments
Biomechanical & Gait Assessment
In order to determine what services are required, we need to gather information from you; this includes your complaints and our assessments of your pathology, from here we usually take the next step to provide any additional levels of assessments
MobileMat Assessment
The MobileMat gives us the ability to measure both static and dynamic foot function, great for determining balance and pressure discrepancy due to a pathology. The MobileMat assessment is provided as part of your initial biomechanical & gait assessment
StrideWay Assessment
The Strideway helps us gain actionable insight into underlying gait abnormalities, inefficiencies, or imbalances which might otherwise go undetected. Perfect for people using walking aids
F-Scan In-shoe Pressure Mapping
F-Scan's in-shoe pressure mapping provides dynamic pressure, force and timing information for foot function and gait analysis. Information obtained from the F-Scan is used in real-world applications, like designing and testing orthotics, and is highly crucial in offloading diabetic feet; every high risk client with diabetes will be required to have an F-Scan assessment as part of their service, now a global standard
